81.152.117.180 - 18-Dic-16 16:33 Shocking performance at Hillsborough yesterday... A referee should do his best not to influence the result. This guy made two terrible decisions that resulted in a perfectly good goal being ruled out, gave a penalty that was as blatant a dive as you will ever see and send a man off for standing still.... should not be in the game in my opinion. We need TMO in football like every other professional sport. |
Forest123 - 17-Ago-16 15:08 This guy was the worst referee I have ever witnessed in my entire life, travelled 4 hours to Brentford supporting Forest to witness this cretinous, incompetent clown refereeing, wants dropping to the lowest possible professional league. Missed so many decisions for both teams, turned down 4 penalties and stopped play when Forest were in a threatening position with a potential goal for a head injury which turned out to be absolutely nothing. This man is not capable of refereeing professional standard football, he is simply not good enough, I pity any team who had to have this moron as their referee. |
Robert - 09-Mar-16 03:38 Hull City - Sheff.Wed Why don t referees ever admit to making a mistake? They re human after all, and I m sure everyone would have appreciated Mr Robinson s honesty and professionalism had he done so. Unfortunately, he still submitted his report and stuck to his bad decision which unfairly punished a team and player. Finally I ll leave a quote from a former well respected referee as it sums up this situation up perfectly for me. Keith Hackett said Sadly because of this referee’s [Tim Robinson] major error, the incorrect sanction will result in the player receiving a suspension. The player, the club and the spectator have been wronged. Couldn t agree more and I m a Charlton fan. |
Cypriot Reject - 04-Mar-16 17:52 Hull City - Sheff.Wed Watched the incident to see what all the fuss was about and was amazed how wrong the ref was. I would seriously question his integrity being a Brighton supporter. Surely he should not be allowed to officiate games that have an impact on his team. The first booking on the Sheffield forward was soft, every player on the pitch was guilty of shirt pulling at one time or another but the culprit for the worst challenge, Dawson, went unpunished. If a ref comments about an incident he faces possible suspension, what about the innocent party? He s been suspended foe two games. |
95.149.150.213 - 28-Feb-16 14:26 Hull City - Sheff.Wed I m a Derby County fan and must admit I thought Foresteri second yellow was inexcusable and quite puzzling, how can Tim Robinson get this so wrong!!! |
2.217.204.195 - 28-Feb-16 13:12 Hull City - Sheff.Wed Tims refereeing of the Hull v SWFC match was a complete joke, how the so called professional referee can ignore the defender apologising for his foul and sending off the attacker is a farce, maybe its got something to do with SWFC playing Brighton soon, and guess what thats the team he follows !!He should be suspended from all championship games! |
86.22.157.202 - 27-Feb-16 17:54 Hull City - Sheff.Wed Tim Robinson s decision to give Sheff Wed s Forestieri a second yellow card in the Feb 26th game against Hull City was possible the worst I have seen in 70 years of attending soccer. Michael Dawson clearly thought he (Dawson) was to be given a straight red for his own very dangerous challenge. Surely Robinson has no option but to rescind this atrocious decision |
