| alandrew - 26-Apr-18 17:22 System construction was especially obvious when Liverpool lost possession in the Roma half. In each case, in few seconds they formed three clear defensive lines: line one, highest (3 forwards) - line two, central (3 midfielders) - line three, defensive (4 defenders). |

| alandrew - 25-Apr-18 07:30 Dear friends, With deep regret I must say that Liverpool lineup in this match, as well as in most part of 2017/2018 season, was absolutely 433: - three-man midfield with, i.e., Henderson as holding midfielder, O-Chamberlain in advanced role to his right, Milner in advanced role to his left; - three-man attack with Salah as right winger, Firmino as centre forward and Mane as left winger. Naming Salah and Mane midfielders in this lineup is an extremely strange idea, having very little in common with reality. Yours sincerely, alandrew |
