Hce - 15-Apr-10 13:57 In the 3rd minute referee Takuto Okabe gave a penalty kick to Sanfrecce. Hisato Satou scored, but when the referee whistled the Hiroshima striker was outside the penalty area, as Sanfrecce defender Makino at the first time pretended to kick the penalty. According to the Fifa International Field Rules when the referee whistles only players inside the penalty area can perform the kick. So in this case the penalty should have been invalidated, assigning a free kick for Shimizu and a yellow card to Satou. JL Judging Committee suspended referee Okabe for two matches. |
