90.208.113.225 - 13-Mar-11 10:22 about ![]() Never felt the need to look up a referee but after watching the Leeds V Ipswich game I had to comment. I m struggling to understand how, when the linesman had flagged for Ipswich being offside, he allowed advantage whilst Ipswich were still in possession. How a clear pass back where, if the goalkeeper didn t pick up the ball, leeds had a clear scoring opportunity but he waved play on. I am not even going to mention the yellow cards Leeds were awarded for what I can only describe as Ipswich players who fall over if it looks like they can not regain the ball . What contact did he imagine? It again raises the issue if a linos role, it certainly appears to be run up and down and agree with whatever the referee calls. I am utterly suprised how he has managed to have one star - I can only assume it was awarded for being the Ipswich 12th man. |
