witnessed this buffoon at the cardiff v leeds game last night. Buffoon is too nice a word. rightly booked cardiff defender for blocking a leeds forward but then did not apply the same rules when a cardiff forward was brought down as he run into leeds box. warned leeds keeper for time wasting 5 mins into 2nd half. was still warning hime at full time and no booking for him or any of the leeds players who went down injured each time the ball went out of play. rightly booked fabio for his 2nd offence but his first offence and booking was a clean tacckle made right in front of me and the leeds player jsut dived. they were both almost at a standstill when he blocked tbe ball. then wen bridcut flew in out of control he didnt give him a second yellow. but culd not wait to issue it to fabio who a minute earlier was caught late and from behind. booking i hear you ask? no chance. this result was effected by a clown. having said that hats off to silvestri what a goalkeeping performance. lets hope we never see buffoon again thaough. sorry dreadman i meant.

real madreal madDarren Deadman s shocking performance at his latest game at Chesterfield (Jan 31st) again showed that this man has no right to referee in the Football League. His positional sense was amateurish and his ability to play the advantage rule is non-existent. Might I suggest that the powers that be call him in for yet another period of training (as done previously) - or better still call time on this Deadman!

    Leeds - Barnsley
Referee Darren Dreadful Deadman in my opinion -as an observer from Canada of the wonderful Soccer game- showed weakness in several decisions in the soccer game between Leeds and Barnsley of Oct 6th, 2012. Mr. Dreadman produced a performance not in line with fair-play. I was really surprised at his decision for a penalty when everybody could see that the tackle occurred outside of the area - even referees in Canada don t get that wrong!
    Poor show Mr. Dreadman.

I understand his performance was watched first hand by league officials who spent an hour with him after the match. Let s hope he is now updating his CV and looking for new opportunities.

Instead of using common sense he decided it was a booking for any contact, when he actually saw an offence. He presumed there was contact for the first second yellow card, that is not referring. Hopefully his poor performance on TV will hasten his exit from football. Two good teams, with great supporters had a fair game ruined by one man seeking the limelight

what a disgrace at the Broadfield stadium today . A game ruined by a poor ref Darren Deadman. A man obviously more concerned with his looks and the fact he was on TV than the game that was in front of him.He single handedly decided the outcome of the game and helped Portsmouth to a 3-0 win.He should be ashamed of his inconsistent approach to his decision making and quiet frankly he out of touch with what went on in front of him .Worst ref for along time.

This guy should seriously needs a refresher course in football. At Notts County today his first 20 minutes was superb. Then all of a sudden he blew for everything Bradford did and was so biased for the rest of the match. And like a poster above i ask what is the role of the linesmen.Or as they preferred to be called(assistants).Someone needs to tell them to do there job and assist.

Don t see why. His major decisions were spot on even if he gave a few soft free kicks.

    Leeds - Ipswich
Never felt the need to look up a referee but after watching the Leeds V Ipswich game I had to comment.

I m struggling to understand how, when the linesman had flagged for Ipswich being offside, he allowed advantage whilst Ipswich were still in possession.

How a clear pass back where, if the goalkeeper didn t pick up the ball, leeds had a clear scoring opportunity but he waved play on.

I am not even going to mention the yellow cards Leeds were awarded for what I can only describe as Ipswich players who fall over if it looks like they can not regain the ball . What contact did he imagine?

It again raises the issue if a linos role, it certainly appears to be run up and down and agree with whatever the referee calls.

I am utterly suprised how he has managed to have one star - I can only assume it was awarded for being the Ipswich 12th man.

    Torquay - Crawley
This referees performance on the game between Torquay and Crawley was unbelievable. Unbelievabley crap that is! The game was out of his control, he did not know where to put his head at. I hope for other team s sake that this disaster of a referee is demoted to a much, much lower level!!

    Torquay - Crawley
24 fouls resulting in 9 yellow cards, two red cards and two penalties. Then there was also a brawl on the touchline and a mass brawl on the pitch. TV coverage showed blatant cheating by Crawley players and Complete inconsistency from ref throughout. Will the FA have the nerve to do anything? Probably not.

    Torquay - Crawley
FA has done well to promote the cup by allowing the cheating ref to put Crawley through. An advantage should be longer than a second, time wasting shouldn t be allowed 20 times, if the keeper was booked so early on why no second yellow card, if a player has to be held back by a linesman why no yellow card? The referee s performance was the worst I have seen at Plainmoor ever, and I have seen some awful refereeing

i think he should be under investigation again after today s blatantly one-sided performance in the Doncaster/Swansea game. Absolute shocker!
    213.81.82.233   -   16-May-10 09:27
    Huddersfd - Millwall
Two of the most blatant pens you could ever wish to see ignored: 1/ A chargedown with arms above head stopping ball heading directly towards unguarded side of the goal. 2/ Clearest trip by defender being turned inside out, all while he was too busy waving away an innocuous challenge earlier in the run which did not require his theatrically animated attempt to allow play to continue by thrusting his arms skywards.
Another game finishes with a false scorline because this referee didn t apply the rules (and that is being kind).

    Millwall - Carlisle
He is under investigation by the FA folowing his conduct at recent tie between Carlisle & Milwall.
Carlisle player-coach Graham Kavanagh claims he shouted Get in, Harris , as Millwall striker Neil Harris closed in on goal during last weekend s 0-0 draw between the two sides.

    Not.Forest - QPR
Having just witnessed this clown at Forest vs QPR, it s no coincidence that the London club has never lost a game when this obviously biased and dishonest referee has been in charge. Two obvious and dangerous elbows were allowed before the final one saw Tyson needing twelve stitches after leaving the field. No action taken on any of them, but futile bookings later on for a string of Forest players only. Buy him a blue & white hooped shirt.

I can t beleive this guy is still allowed to ref a game, after 40 years watching pro football he is without question the worst i have ever seen,it makes you wonder about the F.A, but then again we know that the people in charge there know F.A.
