* FK Vardar Skopje would have qualified for the Europa League first qualifying round as the runners-up of the 2018/19 Macedonian First Football League, but failed to obtain a UEFA licence. As a result, the berth was given to the fifth-placed team of the league, Makedonija GP.
** One legged relegation play-off match will be played between team placed 8th (FK Sileks Kratovo) at the end of 36 round and winner of Macedonian Second League promotion play-off finals FK Tikveš.
