Lega Pro Prima Divisione - B

On July 17, 2010 Mantova and Gallipoli, relegated from Serie B in 2009-10, were excluded by the Federal Council and relegated to Serie D (5th Division) and Promozione (7th Division) respectively. Because of the exclusion of Ancona from Serie B Triestina, relegated from Serie B in 2009-10, was admitted back to fill the vacancy on August 4th, 2010.

Arezzo (4th in Lega Pro Prima Divisione Girone A 2009/2010 season), Perugia (11th in LPPD Girone A), Rimini (4th in LPPD Girone B) and Real Marcianise (12th in LPPD Girone B) were also listed by the Covisoc organization as not having met the financial requirements to be admitted. On July 17, 2010 these teams was officially excluded from the league along with Figline (7th in LPPD Girone A) by Federal Councils decision.

On August 4, 2010, the eight vacancies created were filled by the following teams: Paganese (finished 17th in LPPD Girone A), Pavia (5th in Lega Pro Seconda Divisione Girone A), Bassano Virtus (7th in LPSD Girone B), Nocerina (13th in LPSD Girone B), Barletta (5th in LPSD Girone C), Siracusa (6th in LPSD Girone C), Gela (7th LPSD Girone C) and Pisa (1st in Serie D Girone D)

Cosenza deducted 5 points
Foggia deducted 2 points
Foligno deducted 3 points
Ternana deducted 2 points
